Madden is 1 : ( I mean, Madden is 1!!!!

Well we've made it through 1 year. I can't believe how fast it has gone. A year has never gone faster. I'm not going to lie, I have been pretty emotional about it. I don't want her to be 1 yet. I keep wondering if I've taken enough pictures, or spent enough time with her, or enjoyed her enough. She is such a blast right now. Her personality is starting to show and its fun to see her likes and dislikes. She is starting to pull herself up on everything and will take a few steps while holding the furniture, but she shows no interest in walking. I don't want to rush it, but I can't wait to take her outside and run around with her.

We celebrated her birthday yesterday. We had lots of family and friends here to help us celebrate. Madden had a great time and was ignorant to the fact that it was all for her. She got a lot great presents, thank you to everyone. Today is her actual birthday, we went out to breakfast with my parents, Alicia, Elyse and Andrew for mother's day. Madden was born the day before mother's day. I can't imagine a better mother's day present. Here are some pictures from this weekend and a few from the end of April. Enjoy.

Brrrrrr... That's cold. Madden didn't love cake, but seemed to like the ice cream. I didn't dare give her too much. We're not sure how sensitive she is too dairy anymore.

Madden loved everyone singing to her. She was singing along. Aunt Michelle had been teaching her all week. She can get as far as "Happy Birthday."

Icing on the fingers already and we haven't even sung happy birthday.

Madden on her new couch. Grandma Hovey got it for her for her birthday. She loves it, but she isn't willing to share. She was pushing the kids off it at her party. She likes to sit on our furniture by herself like a big deal.1q1`

Watching a big tractor dig the holes for Daddy's pole barn. Madden LOVES tractors, or anything that looks like a tractor.

Madden LOVES bath time. She gets excited everytime you take her in the bathroom. I can't wait to get her in the pool. I think she'll love it.
